Submit Resume Online
When applying for jobs you've put in your Job Basket, you will be asked to complete a resume based on the requisitions for which you have applied. Listed below are all the possible pages you may see, although it is more likely you'll see only a subset of these pages. The pages may or may not be in this order.
When navigating through the system, do not use the back and forward buttons on your browser toolbar. If you do, you are likely to experience issues and risk losing your work. Instead, use the yellow buttons that say Previous and Next. You can return to any page you have previously viewed by clicking on the numbers across the top of the page.

Contact Details
Enter your contact information. Your name should be entered using upper and lower case letters.
Preferences
Provide details of your employment preferences.
Full Text Resume
Attach or paste your current resume. If you don't have a resume to attach or paste you may enter text in the empty box. Once you have saved your resume you can view, update or delete it.
Current and Prior Employment
Click the yellow Add button and enter your work experience. For the "State" field, spell it out in upper and lower case letters, or click on the magnifying glass and enter the two-digit state code in the "State" field and then click Lookup. Click on the name of the state. When you have completed the Employment Details page, click OK to return to the Current and Prior Employment page.
Use the Add button to provide additional rows of employment data, or click on Next to proceed to the next page in the resume.
Education and College
Enter the highest level of education you have achieved in the top section. Then click the Add button to add college/university education details. Do not enter your high school information.
For Degree, Major and School, click on the magnifying glass and do one of the following:
- Type in all or part of the value in upper and lower case letters in the "Description" field.
- Leave all the fields blank to see all the values. (You'll only see the first 300 values.)
- Use a % as a wildcard if you do not know how the value starts but want to search on a certain word or phrase. For example you can enter "%Market" to find all degrees related to marketing.
Then click on the yellow Lookup button. Select a value by clicking on it.
- Degree: If you do not see your degree in the list, enter the word "Other" in the "Description" field, click Lookup and select it from the list.
- Major: If you do not see a good match for your major, type your major in the field that says "Other" to the right of the "Major" field.
- School: If you do not see a good match, type it directly into the field that says "Other" to the right of the "School" field.
- State: Type in the name of the state in upper and lower case letters, or click on the magnifying glass and enter the two-digit state code into the "State" field, or click Lookup to see all the values.
Click OK when you have completed the information. Use the Add button to provide additional rows of college/university data, or click on Next to proceed to the next page in the resume.
Training
Click the Add button to enter relevant courses as desired. Click OK to return to the Training page. Use the Add button to provide additional courses, or click on Next to proceed to the next page in the resume.
Languages
Click on Add and enter a language by clicking on the magnifying glass. Type in all or part of the language in upper and lower case in the "Description" field, or leave all the fields blank to see all values. Click the yellow Lookup button to select a language. Then indicate proficiency levels and click OK to return to the Languages page. Use the Add button to enter additional languages, or click on Next to proceed to the next page in the resume.
Licenses and Certificates
Click the yellow Add button and then click on the magnifying glass. Enter part of the name of your License/Certification in the "Description" field using upper and lower case letters or just click on the Lookup button to see all values. Use a % as a wildcard if you do not know how the value starts but want to search on a certain word or phrase. For example, you can enter "%Accountant" to find all the values that contain the word Accountant. Select the value by clicking on it, enter other data and then click OK. Use the Add button to provide additional licenses and certifications, or click on Next to proceed to the next page in the resume.
Note: If you can't find a matching value in the list, click Cancel to return to the Licenses and Certificates page.
Honors and Awards
Click the yellow Add button, then click on the magnifying glass and click on the Lookup button to see all values. Select a value by clicking on it, and then enter remaining data. Click OK when you are finished. Use the Add button to enter additional Honors/Awards, or click on Next to proceed to the next page in the resume.
Note: If you can't find a matching value in the list, click Cancel to return to the Honors and Awards page.
Professional Memberships
Click the yellow Add button, then click on the magnifying glass and click on the Lookup button to see all values. Select a value by clicking on it, and then enter remaining data. Click OK when you are finished. Use the Add button to enter additional Professional Memberships, or click on Next to proceed to the next page in the resume.
Note: If you can't find a matching value in the list, click Cancel to return to the Professional Memberships page.
How did you find out about us?
Enter a Referral Source in the Referral Details section. For Advertisements, Agency or Internet referrals, please click on the Referral Source Subcategory magnifying glass to find the specific source. Enter part of the value in the "Description" field using upper and lower case letters and then click Lookup. If you do not see your source, enter it into the "Other - Referral Source" field.
If you were referred by an employee of the company, enter his or her name in the Referring Employee Information section.
References
Click on Add to enter the names of your references. Click OK after you've entered a name to return to the Reference page and add other references, or continue to the next page.
Screening Questions
You may receive an untitled page asking you to answer specific questions. Review each question and then indicate the answer.
Submit Resume
At this point, you can review your resume by clicking on the circled numbers across the top of the page or by using the Previous and Next buttons. When you are ready to submit your resume, return to the last page and click on Submit. You will receive a notification via email that you've either updated your resume or applied for certain job openings. In order to receive this email, you may need to add the address eServices@aegonusa.com in your Email Address Book so the message is not blocked or filtered.
